The Snowdon Master’s Scholarship has a multi-stage application process. You will complete a short application form and if you are successful, you will be invited to complete a second, more in-depth application form.

Stage 1 is an application form to establish your eligibility and your alignment with our objectives.
Stage 1 applications are now closed.
Stage 1 applications are processed once the stage has closed.
If your stage 1 application is successful, you will be invited to start a stage 2 application by 16 April 2026.
Selected applicants complete and submit the more detailed stage 2 application form which is scored against our programme criteria.
Stage 2 will close on 30 April 2026 at 11:55pm.
Stage 2 applications are reviewed and the highest scoring applications are longlisted. Longlisted applications are assessed by our shortlisting panel, who will select the finalists.
Applicants will be informed if their application will go to the shortlisting panel by the end of May 2026.
If your application is shortlisted, we will request a reference from the person you nominated in your application. They must be available to provide a reference between 8 and 19 of June.
All shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with our interview panel, consisting of 3 to 5 members. If you are invited for an interview, we will send you an interview pack in advance.
Following all interviews taking place, final award decisions will be made. You will receive a decision by the end of July.
If you are awarded a scholarship, you will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions. Your termly maintenance grants will be paid once you have shared an update on your studies and progress towards your goals.
