This is the first set of accounts for the Snowdon Trust since the Trustees passed a special resolution to form a new charitable incorporated organisation (CIO). This structure provides a more appropriate framework to best deliver our charitable objectives and support our staff and trustees.
The Snowdon Trust was originally established in 1981 as The Snowdon Award Scheme, an unincorporated Trust (charity registration 282754). Trustees passed a special resolution to change its name to the Snowdon Trust in 2012.
